Position Overview:  

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting Blueprint University’s services. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while representing the company with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will engage in outreach efforts, such as distributing promotional materials in strategic locations, to expand brand visibility and attract potential clients. Performance will be evaluated weekly, and achieving a minimum of 10 sales per week is required to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation and Outreach:
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, etc.).
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Distribute flyers and other promotional materials in parking lots, nearby businesses, satellite locations, and other strategic areas to attract potential clients.
Sales Presentation and Product Knowledge:
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Blueprint University’s services and value proposition.
  • Deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Sales Planning and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
Target Achievement and Revenue Growth:
  • Set, track, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 sales per week to remain employed as part of the seasonal team.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, including client interactions and deal progress.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, insights, and updates to the management team.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
  • Share insights from client interactions to improve service offerings or marketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits Base Compensation: 
Should you decide to accept this offer, your pay rate will be $400/week plus commission based on sales tiers.

Additional Requirements: 
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools is a plus.
  • Work Style: Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work across time zones and travel occasionally if needed.
Compensation: $1,600.00 - $100,000.00 per year
